10 Weeks Old, Can You Believe It?

Hi everyone! I just finished up my second full week at the sitter's. This weekend was very busy. I got to stay with Daddy Friday night and he even put me to bed. Mommy usually does that but she had several meetings this weekend. On Saturday I got to spend the morning with Daddy and then he took me to see Mommy and all of her curriculum writing friends. It was a very busy day. I also slept in my crib for the very first time at night this Saturday. Mommy and Daddy were so proud of me. Daddy and I get to read a book called Giggles with Daddy and I love to smile at the faces in the book. Overall, it has been a great week!

Here I am with a big old smile!

Me and my belly!

Don't you just love my big blue eyes?

Ummm, Dad I'm naked here....

I love to stretch!

Hamming it up for the camera.

Feeling very sleepy and happy at home with Mommy and Daddy!

Hey Hey, 9 Weeks Old Today!

I am in full support of the Cardinals, I hope they beat the Cubs tonight! Mommy is so happy to be around me. She missed me this week when she went back to work. Annie said I did great! I also had my first cold this week-yuck! Mommy held me all night one night. You could never tell that I felt bad by looking at this picture. I guess something else more exciting was happening over there. Me in my new striped onsie. Is daddy giving the peace sign or giving me rabbit ears? This is me just hanging out with my buddies the octopus and the Very Hungry Caterpillar. I got to meet most of my cousins at Nana Arden and Papa Rodney's house. I really like them and Uncle Otto. Here is me and mommy and she is about to tickle me! Just me chillin out with my buds and pointing at something...not sure what. And finally me passed out...Pacifier? I don't need no stinking pacifier!
Here I am almost saying "Hi"

I am getting to be a big girl now, I can sit on daddy's lap and hold my head up! Here I am doing my Michael Jackson "Thriller" impersonation! I was praying in my sleep while Daddy held me. My first big smile caught on film. Mommy and Daddy love it when I smile! Mommy dressed me up in my gangsta' outfit for my first visit to the sitters. Mommy is helping me fall alseep. Can you believe I am 7 weeks old already?

I certainly can't believe it! This week was tiring. As you can see, daddy and I like to take naps together.

Mommy and I made a trip to mommy's hometown for a future cousin's baby shower. I slept the whole time, both ways, in the car. Mommy was so proud of me! I saw all 4 grandparents there, and also met my two of my cousins. Here is a picture of one of them holding me. I wonder if I will ever get as big as she is!

I also got to meet my great-grandparents. We were all happy to see each other. I can't wait to get a 4 generations picture.

Mommy keeps telling me that this is her last week home with me because she is going back to work. I don't know what that is, but I think it's going to be hard!
