Merry Christmas

I'm warning you now, this is going to be long! It has been a super busy 2 weeks! In addition to all the Christmas festivities and visiting (see below), I have been growing and learning too! I am starting to play more independently. I think Mommy and Daddy miss playing with me, but they also like having some time for themselves too. I have learning my colors and shapes (triangle, rectangle, oval, circle, square) and can count to 15 too! I started galloping as well. I know that Santa Claus says "ho, ho, ho!" and I absolutely LOVE "Crusty" the Snowman! Here are my ringlets and ponytailRing Around the Mommy She caught me! Our first Christmas celebration was at Nana Carol and Papa Ron's house on December 23rd. It was so much fun, and I knew exactly what to do with those presents! Aunt Julie, Uncle Mark, Alex, and Chase came over later for some fun. I missed seeing the whole family! I know what to do with this! Going shopping I'll help you Papa Ron Ringing up a sale New Elmo couch, new monkey, Uncle Mark, and me Awwww, cousin Chase! Returning the favor The Dance Off
We then went to Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Tom's for the 24th before returning home. It was so nice to see my cousins and play. Always a feast here Got my bling on Which one is mine? I didn't do it! Dancing to Frosty the Snowman with Harper
Ho ho ho! My cousins Yup, we're related! I trust you Grandma! Oh boy! They all go in the water We returned home later that day. I sure was tired-I slept in on Christmas morning! When I got up, Santa had come to our house! Look what Santa brought! Serious business After opening presents, we went to Nana Arden and Papa Rodney's house to see Daddy's family. We had a blast there! It had snowed the night before, so I got to go sledding for the first time! Taking time out to read before everything started Mickey Mouse!!!! I can help you, Nana Arden! Break time The girl cousins playing with my choo choo train Sharing with cousin Catherine Ready for sledding! I think I liked it more than mommy did!

Snacking at my new table and chairs Nana Carol and Papa Ron came for a visit. They brought a gift from Aunt Mary and Uncle Duane-A Horsie Pillow Pet! 21 1/2 Months...Turkey, turkey, and more turkey!

Things are getting exciting around here! Mommy and daddy took me to see Santa and sit on his lap. I did OK, but he was a little strange. We practiced saying, "Toys, please!" but I got too nervous when I met him. Afterwards, I wanted to keep going back to make sure he was there. We went to three Thanksgiving meals and boy, do I like those! I got to see all my cousins too. That was a lot of fun. I'm talking more in sentences now and amazing mommy and daddy more every day. If I want them to do something again, I always say, "try again!" I also know the colors white, "wewwow" (yellow), "geen" (green), "puple" (purple), pink, orange, "boo" (blue), and sometimes red. I got my other molar on bottom, so that makes 18 teeth! I'm getting better about letting mommy brush my teeth too. We went to Discovery Time at the library and I got to play with Play Doh! I wasn't too sure about it at first, but then I really liked poking my fingers through it! We also had family pictures done at the park. I hope I smiled big! I have really enjoyed having Christmas decorations around too. I think there is some stuff about to happen soon, but I don't know what yet!
See the book, Monkey?
